I am a writer living in Brooklyn, New York, pictured here drinking chicha in Ollantaytambo, Peru.
I used to tend bar at Manhattan’s Pegu Club and The Good Fork. I’m opening a cafe-bar called Fort Defiance in the Red Hook neighborhood of Brooklyn in 2009.
For six years I was promotion copy director of Bon Appétit magazine.
